When we created the Laguiole Magnum corkscrew, our goal was twofold: create a durable wine waiter's knife that would uncork all bottles efficiently.

Based on this situation, we thought of an original lever that did not yet exist on the market: :

- Double level: to allow easy extraction of the cork

- One single piece: very strong and durable, unlike hinged levers that can bend or come apart..
